the filing said nothing about whether or not the SEC is late and if there is consequential penalty for that. I assume that won't make a difference. I expect it to be filed by 9/3 in any case. and i expect some news 9/4 or 9/3 to come with it.
this is probably a stupid statement, but i am lost on the PP for 9/3. I thought the S-1 was for uplisting, Sending info to the SEC. I am probably mistaken. If you have time, can you explain? I have been trying to follow these posts. I am getting more confused.Thanks!!
