I believe that the lawsuit will never go anywhere....I think that he sued so he could issue another Press Release...If you know anything about law in the USA...it is not like what you see on "Law and Order" or "Owen Marshall" in this country "Justice is what you can afford" and "you are guilty unless proven influential"

only time will tell...IMHO
