If he's waiting for .025 I assume he likes the stock. If not why is he holding it? He's watched it go to .009 and now it's to low to sell. What's he gonna say if it goes to .0001? Is he still gonna wait for .025? If you don't believe the stock is going to go to .025 why not take a chance while it's cheap and try for a lower exit.
