Hey I remember being 12 and being so excited because they introduced cable tv. No more just local channels. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I also remember my dad playing 8 tracks in his big oldsmobile and he always played that song "These Boots Were Made For Walking". Just don't remember who wrote it.
I use to sit in the closet as a teen talking on the phone for that is as far as the telephone cord would go and hey I needed my privacy. Geez now my kids can talk anywhere they go. They even called friends when they were on a roller coaster.
