Just because something is filed with the ESC doesn't mean it is factual. The SEC neither reviews nor approves S-8 filings.

on the contrary, pinksheets.com emailed me today and filled me in on how they go about getting their numbers. they said they get their numbers from the 8-K's (which is a SEC filing) and they find them factual.

i doubt a company would risk filing multiple 8-k's that were lies, thats asking for problems....at most they would sneak 1 by out of a dozen or so.

So we should take all S-8's (for all companies) with a grain of salt? What kind of document do you suppose we should "believe"?
