I'm not expecting anything special in the fins and I don't think the CPAs being are being slow because there is little or nothing to account for. It's precisely because the fins will be flat that I'm speculating the company is holding up the fins to either include info or time their release with material news. I believe the previous few pr's for both Spooz and 141 have basically been just token information and that both companies have significant announcements to make and they want to maximize the effect on the pps but they realize they can not bring the big news out while there is dilution as it would be counterproductive for the shareholders.

Well then, with respect, don't "sound down". Why not take the approach that it could be something as simple as an "internal network" problem. Why automatically take the down side? Why automatically disbelieve everything they say? I guess you aren't a "BELIEVER".
I'm at a huge company compared to Spooz and the "internal network" has been down all day. We can't exchange documents via email, etc. Well, I guess we're going down the tubes, I bet the stock price will go below .0001 from it's current $40+.
I prefer to believe that the glass is half full.
