Hey Leigh, when I spoke to The Kauderer Group on ASFX they told me something almost identical for the exception of one thing. They said the first PO was for under a hundred thousand on this shipment but the order grows with success for over 500K. That is a bit different from what you posted. Maybe I should call them back to verify. They also said that their firm is assisting with getting new vendors that are larger than Toys R Us for the many other products ASFX has. That to me is tremendous!!! And strictly debt...thats HUGE for us.

That's some pretty significant funding news...not to mention confirmation of which major retailer this deal is with...the immediate future is lookin' incredibly bright from this point forward folks!!!

I just called Mr. Ele Kauderer of the Kauderer Group, 866-807-5111. His company is doing the financing for ASFX. He told me he had the purchase order sitting on his desk for approximately $100,000 growing to $500,000 with the success of the product.

I asked him who issued the Purchase Order assuming he had to know since he is financing the company.

He told me Toys R Us. He said the reason the company didn't release the name is b/c the News is timely and it takes months to get legal clearance from lawyers.

He told me his financing is non-dilutive. He has term sheets for $6,000,000 mil and $4,000,000 from financial institutions. He said he is also setting up a line of credit for company.

He told me no equity financing at all. Strictly debt, purchase order, and factoring.

He said they have other products they are bringing to the market but could not discuss this.
