I may have missed an answer to that question

do they drill with 1 drill all the 60 wells? So they have to move after drilling one well the same drill to the second well and so on??

or do they drill with more than one drill?

Weather should not interfere with the drilling once the rig is in place from my DD. It's when they are moving the rig to new locations weather would come into play ..
