POP is four years with automatic renewal of four years. I think the 12,500 units represent the potental number of GPS units. They stated in the question and answers that each district would order based upon their own needs.

You are correct, the CT seems to meet all of the specs. This would be a great chance to really sharpen the bid to the bare minimum. Sell a state wide solution and see how many others would follow.

I'm somewhat concerned of some of the qualification factors. I guess I could turn my home into a South Carolina field office.
