I agree, but I already said what could be up. It does not prove anything is amiss with HFBV really. I've been in big stocks that dropped 25% when they should have gone up and stayed up on news, and I just scratched my head like "holy cow what the heck is going on?" There are several factors at play. As Mike said, the PR did not get around real well yet. Maybe it will take some time to sink in this time. On the big RR PR, we had umpteen people hit this board in like planned fashion to get a big rush on HFBV. This time was much different it seems, and with the PR not getting around too well, it does not surprise me that it did not spike up big time. Ya considering the news, we should be at a few cents, but it can take time to get sustained gains, and I think it can also take the cooperation of the MM's too at times.

Agreed. But I think it's a matter of exposure. We need some more market exposure and williness to be seen. Don't get me wrong, the contract is a step in the right direction, but we need to SHOW the market what we're doing.
