I agree but he seems to get involve alot with the shady crowd and shady buissness practices. I do understand the SEC thinks at this time Jim was an innocent person and the SEC is not interested or mentions Jim or trendsetter as involved with unlawfull practices or security fruad. Just in the back of my head and only MY OPINION i think Jim probably new it was at least a shady type of deal as is with alot of shell take overs.
