Question is why didn't they just did have a vote yes or no on the buy out. If they had a total no vote not much would had be said. I personal think the investment Firm cancel the buyout because of to many unknows. Thats why the bashing begin, the maybe buyout by another firm in Feb.. and now joint venture. What gives????? too many fake stores.
