Spec I think you nailed this one!

Sulphur's post of 7-26 shows the silver mooring attachment on the buoy. The most recent screenshots show dark holes where the silver Item was attached. The videos I posted today show the silver item quite well as it is moved back into the area by the buoy #msg-31429251
