Aiming, The Aug 6 press release said "within a few weeks", so if you figure 2 weeks, that would be approx Aug 20. Maybe add a week to that since we're talking 'bio' time, and we're in the summer vacation season.

I'm trying to gauge the odds that they experienced the same type of 'procedural problems' in RD-1 that turned 2/3 of the RD-2 data into 'mush', to use Neuro's term. The June 18 press release said - "RD-01 study has completed enrollment and dosing of all subjects", so it could be that all RD-1 dosing was completed before they realized there was a problem in RD-2.

At what point does Cortex have to file the dreaded "Accounting Letter" for having under "x" amount of dollars in the cash register? Is that at $5 million? (Which would be in Nov 88)
