Dew, that is akin to your child telling you that his
allowance after all these years is inadequate and
he needs more cause he is a breadwinner now.
We, (mostly) knew when the proposal was first tendered
that DNA would claim it inadequate and want over $100
per share. This is the normal firing of salvo's across
the bow, and DNA knows that there could be other suitors
as well ala NVS, MRK, PFE, etc whose drugs are coming
off patent and need cash cows to justify their paychecks.
