You are forgetting that 570 million of the shares issued on closing went to creditors. I wonder how many Sequoia-type creditors were in that 570 million shares??

the reality is .. fccn was a shell cleaned up by jav .. and the reality is
that shell was r/m'd into by aero back in oct of 07 .. when the o/s was 1.7B .. and since then we've had 3 instances where the o/s has been adjusted .. pretty basic stuff ..

It changes "everything", imvho. Why do you think so many sold their shares and disappeared after the 8-K was released? Maybe they understood the extent of the damage done by Hunsaker? Now they are basically forced to do a reverse split in due time to attract buyers to the stock. That won't be good for long-term shareholders, imo.
