No thanks, I do not purchase shares in companies that have a Gagged Transfer Agent, that shows me that the CEO is not trust worthy and that he is attempting to hide information from shareholders, it shows me the CEO is not frugal or responsible with shareholder dollars and I have thought this since day 1 with AERP and true to form management has acted exactly as I thought they would, the Share structure has gone through the roof and the shareholders have suffered massive losses since the Aero Acquistion, the PPS has tanked about 95% in less than a years time frame roughly and the CEO has not shown me that he intends to change things that would benefit shareholders short or long term.
The CEO has not provided any substance in the PR's he releases to indicate shareholders have anything to look forward to, Unaudited percentage gains in forward looking PR's are worthless, this CEO has shown me that he intends to continue to fund operations on the backs of unsuspecting shareholders, when the CEO provides Tests of its product like they said they would back in 2001 proving the fuel mileage gains displayed on Aeros website, when they UNGAGG the Transfer Agent, when they provide a list of real dealers who actually have Aero products on the shelves for sale to customers and when they provide a PR showing real sales of significance using raw numbers then I might consider investing in this company, but we all know that will never happen because if the CEO were to actually test and display the results of fuel mileage gains for the aero muffler it would not show or reflect the information on Aero's website, anyone with an ounce of automotive knowledge knows that.
as far as the other items, it appears the ceo is extremely comfortable with the way things are or he would have changed them months ago, he likes using a Gagged T/A so he can contineu the dilution process, its what they do.
