spencer - Yes you and I certainly interpret the meaning of "no problem" quite differently... I am of course referring to the approval of the Laidlaw plant in Berlin (along with the Clean Power project and Fraser's biomass conversion) as in harmony with the REGIONAL wood supply...
Not to mention the fact that the large number of unemployed persons in Berlin and Coos County are clamoring for new job creation which Laidlaw would represent -- in addition to Clean Power and the pellet plant... (No need to chose only one or the other when all can and should be approved for the optimum new job creation...)
Whether Clean Power is ahead of Laidlaw on the queue is a completely different issue (grid capacity issue) than whether the REGIONAL wood supply can accomodate all three projects...
