#6102 RE: Salty Pepper #6100

Salty Pepper I doubt it was all dumped into the float. Miller always controls 51% of the O/S in order to make the vote for increased A/S an easy one that requires only one person be notified.....LOL!!!!!!!

What really stinks here is that the company PR'd a share buyback wiht promised disclosure on a Thursday. On Friday they put out a PR that said the buyback was successful and ongoing. That PR also said there were no circumstances that would result in a change to the share structure.

It was a massive sucker punch that used the disguise of the company finally addressing shareholder confidence. In other words the entire 9 week period from the buyback PR to the release of the increased O/S and A/S was a con game.

I just do not see how anybody in their "righty" mind could ever trust them again or anybody who promoted them during this time. Using shareholder confidence as the bait has to be the sickest thing I have ever seen.

Now you guys tell me if this is a coincidence or something more?

Looking at the SOS filing for an increase of the A/S shows the date the ammendment was filed is 08/04/2008. The last day that former stock promoter posted here was 08/04/2008.

You be the judge on that one but it looks to me like he knew exactly what was going on here and blazed a path out of Dodge before that ammendment hit the SOS website.
