I have noticed that happens often right before orders load to go out. Might be a good sign.

I see they are also stacking a few sheets of plate steel on the
racks today. The most recent project that used a large amount of that type of steel was the hatches(Subsea Blind Flanges) etc. for the Perdido spar.
