just bought another 117000 shares. still belief in this play. Even with O/S 403 mill PPS is very low:
With Net Profit about 4 mill/403 mill O/S=0.0099*17(industrial rate-which I took without growth potential in China)=0.1687 very conservative price at the end of this year.
