No, it's 225 million in addition to the previous amount of restricted shares before the PIPE.

But, now I have different sets of O/S numbers. There is one O/S reported by the TA which is different from the O/S reported on pinksheets which is different from the O/S reported in the financials.

At least the TA numbers report the O/S and restricted shares per a date. The financials and pinksheets, both maintained by the company, show different O/S's without a current float or restricted to go along with it.

If we go by the TA numbers, that 225 million from the PIPE is now in the foat. But, I don't know which numbers are correct now.
