In the meantime they can use PR's and/or Shareholder Updates like other companies do...... Unless they are in a quiet period while they figure out what to do about the lack of shares....

Net-Man.....I dont know when the company plans to file the 10k, but the due date is September 30th.

Also, the 10Q for the current quarter ending September 30th would then be due by November 15th.

The timeline on the name change will be interesting, as will be the new KDSMicronex.Com site and all else that is currently going on, given such a small staff.

P.S. Having prepared audited financials myself, I can tell you that the timing of the release is probably more dependent on the schedule of the auditors than it is for the company.
