Neuro, Thanks. The odds are against Glaxo getting anywhere with that compound anyway. Biarylpropylsulfonamides (Lilly) and benzothiadiazides (Servier, NeuroSearch/Glaxo) have shown themselves to be crap. I'm curious to see if anyone eventually gets a pyrrole/pyrazole into human trials (Lilly, Glaxo, Sanofi Aventis, Organon).
