Those increased shares are used for acquisition and raised fund to fund that $22 million order and decrease debt. It's restricted.

Float remains under 300 millions. If Karl Malone owns 100 million shares, won't that make float that are not held by Karl and JD less than 100 million shares?

If so, Blacklug holds 50 millions and other big players here hold 10, 20 millions, FLOAT is gone. Myself I hold 2 millions. It sure looks like that most shares available in the market these days are shorted shares. As one can easily see that this stock is capped and pushed down. Whoever is doing it is making sure this one close red every day to influrence charts etc. Maybe he is looking hard to find shares right now from shares sold at .0034 3 weeks go.

Also, if you look at 2006 when they did Forwards Split, current O/S is still about 80 million shares less than that. Also this company has lots more added value, orders and future.

So, if this company was few cents a share then after Forward Split, the current price of .0019 is a joke.

I guess someone in the know or took the shares has been shorting this knowing they can get shares to replace it whenever.

you know the TA was gagged for a reason and this is the very reason, increase the OS....now people complain that TA is gagged so JD is nice enough to release the TA to show the "transparency" that everyone wanted from the company and now they complain like babies about the OS increasing....obviously JD feels comfortable about letting everyone realize this...so there is the "truth and the transparency" that everyone is looking for...if everyone is going to complain just call JD an tell him to gag the TA again....imo
