Hi all, ok if the TA is correct (this time:-)):

Outstanding: 381,623,575
Restricted: -138,847,663
IN Escrow: -225,000,000
------------
True Float?: 17,775,912

Thsi is assuming that the 225 million shares are still in escrow. This would indicate a turn over in excess of the float in less than a day when the volume exceeds the float, doesn't it?

The Private Placement was for 225 Mil wasn't it.

And would be part of the restricted had it been added to the O/S.
