In theory the TOU is a wonderful thing, it use to impress me. Than it became apparent it is a ''TOOL'' to stifle honest opinions. There has been ''HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS LOST THROUGH IHUB'S SO-CALLED TOU''. This is an undenialable fact. Banning posters from boards for telling the truth. Picking and choosing who's posts will remain, becomes a responsibility of the party protecting the ''LIARS'', mostly the MODS, and some of these have proven to be very corrupt. . In the overall scheme of things, all these phony disclaimers don't mean crap. In my opinion the days of the ''phony disclaimers'' are about over, just a matter of time. Think some ''smart attorney'' may just come along and speed things up. This is not an opinion, just a fact waiting to happen. Can't wait to hear, ''not my fault, my disclaimer is dere, was dem guys''. Youse gots lots of money, youse are an open target.
