according to a message on yahoo finance, there was indeed a fax spam campaign, so perhaps that's why it has the Caveat Emptor designation there. Yet, they are not behind in filings, so I intend to see what the next balance sheet outlines. I also am paying close attention to level 2 for MM signals that the shorting or dilution is over soon.
