Remember that stock price leads. Also, April SEMI data was announced 3 weeks after April ended - so there's no predictive value other than the trend you project.

Since everyone is trying to guess when the SEMI equipment cycle peaks, the stock peak prices are likely to happen months before bookings and billings peak. And what if the guesses are wrong? It happened in 2002.
