They stated Goldco is an OTC Pinksheets quoted company, and once again the way they wrote it you would assume that its already in existance:
As of June 13, 2008, the Company entered into a Heads of Agreement to dispose their entire shareholding in Bouse Mining Holdings plc; to an OTC Pink Sheets quoted Gold Mining & Exploration Company (hereinafter referred to as "Goldco"). This is to be settled through the issue of restricted Shares of Common Stock in Goldco.
Alot of people, myself included, have done a search and their is no mining company that has even close to a 10.00 pps on pinksheets. Course this is the same company that stated that they already instructed their transfer agent to cancel the shares bought back and a simple call to the TA says it isnt so. In the clarification PR where he answered 32 shareholder questions, he stated that he would not know what the price of Goldco would be after the Reverse Split date. This tells me that its probably another Lumb company that merging with some other crap and becoming a new mining company otherwise known as "goldco".
Right now I would say the dogcrap is about ten miles high.
