We can all agree that even at $1 per share GTCB is cheap. What we seem to disagree about is whether "a bird in the hand is better than 10 birds in the bushes"...

While everything you comment on is real and potentially could send GTCB into double digits, the question remains: would you rather have $1.5 in cash as a certainty NOW for your shares or would you rather wait it out a few years in the hope of making $15 per share? I chose the modest NOW, while you chose the very lucrative, but riskier, later...
