Here's a better answer then that given you by West Texas. Aziz Hirji, the CEO, raised the A/S 1.6 billion shares in the last four months. Major dilution occured to drop the price.
The ramp up was on decent news and some promotion. Jatropha is the future of the bio diesel industry, period.
The ramp down was on dilution that was necessary to make the business happen. I think that the Barbados plant will provide the necessary income for dilution to stop. I also believe we will see much more positive news.
I don't think you will see an immediate jump in the pps for a little while....but within the next year this thing should start climbing steadily IMO.
