NuCap as you know is a proven product. It's only downfall is that the Russians wanted to own the tech not sublicense it. Had sheppard sold them the rights, then we all know how great of a product it would have been. Ask NuCon why they ordered and payed for a NuCap delivery, but would never call sheppard back when he repeatedly called and left messages asking for a shipping address? That does not sound very fiscally responsible. We are dealing with Russian's. They do business differently than most. Ask NuCon who the inventor of RadSeal is, and where "any" testing information can be found. Ask them where it has been used in any applications. Then someone drop a pen so everyone can hear.lol
