10K was late....
10KSB was late and incorrect...
No moon base.......
No logs.......
No carbon credits......
Only way to make money from it was to flip........
No high speed trains.........
SEC hault...........
No filing to get any MMs to sign off on it so it could get off the grays...
PPS falling to 0.0001..
