1. Cotton doesn't have counsel licensed in 50 states.
2. Long arm statutes use a minimum contacts test, not necessarily where the action occurred. Cotton issued PRs targeting the entire USA.
3. Reciprocation in Texas is immediate and virtually unable to be challenged. It's a simple procedure.
4. Courts rarely award attorneys fees where they are not outlined in a contract. This isn't England. My group has been involved in over 126 suits in all 12 federal circuits. Win or lose, not once did an award of attorney fees come our way or come against us.
