wweeaazz... those are some great observations. they will be profitable on their short as long as they cover under 1.27 or so... remember that little spike at the top of the chart on june 11th? when they pushed it higher and had no size on the bid? that was our signal that someone went short, and wanted to create the highest possible point on the chart to initiate it. jmho.
we may do well to keep the bid strong and tight against the ask. this will make it harder for MMs to cover on the bid, and force them to use their buying pressure (covering) to push the price higher. this is a typical short squeeze scenario, and would be accentuated if it came in conjunction with bullish news.
there's certainly some covering left to do, and they'll try to shake the tree by any means necessary. do you remember the various hired guns that came around this board late last year, all of them spewing doom and gloom to soften up the bid. i doubt we'll be so easily fooled this time around. not with the 10Q and then the 9/4 flood gates looming on the horizon. lol
