or a four day work week of 10 hours a day... my brothers office does that... he likes it... three day weekends...

-i would add going to 4-10 hour days for jobs that can handle that schedule. one less day of travel per week, and still a 40 hour workweek base.

instant 20% reduction in commute time and gas consumption for those that can do it.

-reward people for using teleconferences somehow, as many times, traveling by air to a meeting is done out of habit when a teleconference can achieve many of the same objectives.

-Put rbl on a treadmill with a picture of Jane Fonda in front of him and i bet he could produce on the order of 5 megawatts.
Remind him of Monica Lewinsky for peak output.
