The most important thing is the land lease acreage. Who has built this portforlio of high quality land, leases, and drilling rights ? That's right you simpleton. A REAL ESTATE GUY. GEE WHAT A SURPRISE !!! That would be KAMAL ABDALLAH.
No real estate expertise, NO OIL AND GAS !!! The future value of this company DEPENDS on the quality and depth of the land portfolio. In my opinion, HTOG is sitting SWEET. (And with SWEET CRUDE now too)
Aztec Well Services (another UPDV arm) does the infrastructure work. Geer Trucking does the transportation (UPDV arm). They have infrastructure at the gulf ports.
But above all, the LAND and LEASES are the # 1 key. If HTOG continues to use Aztec, Geer, and does farmouts (this is where a JV partner does the work and incurs the costs while HTOG reaps 100% profit. They give the other company a % of the revenues for doing the work.
All it will take is 1 big-time JV partner or 1 deep-pocketed individual OR institutional investor, and this baby is SET.
So you continue to run around like Tweedle-Dum and cry 'The sky is falling', and leave the business development and LAND ACQUISITION to the EXPERTS... Like KAMAL (NOT Karmal) ABDALLAH. Can't even spell the guy's name and you expect credibility ??? Hilarious.
HTOG IS FINE. I AM LONG AND STRONG. I own shares in the millions. I am quite comfortable in my investment. Many others are too. Why don't you and the rest of you who are ready to bail out at any change in wind direction please do so.
Then your life can at least be free of threat from this 'terrible scam' perpetuated by 'some real estate guy'. We thank you in advance for the cheap shares.
