I've just had a quick look at the Companies House free WebCheck service reagrding St James Resource Management Limited, the company which is said to be the intermediary holding company.

In addition, if you were to look for companies commencing "ST JAMES RESIDENTIAL" and "ST JAMES RESOURCE (PROPERTY followed by a number, you'll find many (about 30 or so) with the same registered office address and many of those showing either Dissolved or with overdue Annual returns.
