Hanover Capital Holdings had all of its assets aquired by St James Holdings. That might be why you cant find them. Oh and there is about 30 St James companies registerd under Lumb in the UK. I believe the phone numbers are actually in miami also, not bradenton where the mail drop, er, office is.

Did you try calling the four numbers between the two phone numbers...Goldco might be one of them.
