It is low, but look for a R/S or an increase in the A/S. With the price where it is, I am guessing an increase in A/S as its easier, and quicker. If they did a R/S, it does take a little longer and costs the company a bit more.

cant imagine it was done to sell at a penny..maybe its being used for something that will bring us value..
