All I know is that the A/S is posted on the Nevada site about a week before the T/A reports it.
I would assume, that the O/S is reported by the T/A before shares are entered into the marketplace. That is the function of the T/A as I understand it. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
One interesting thing to me, someone has to be purchasing these shares that show up as "?" in terms of buy/sell volume. Who is it?
