Zeev, I think it's going to be difficulty trying to will the market to move up while the NDX still needs to take out the March 24th lows.

Until that happens, the lows are suspect, IMO, according to HFTOM (Happy Family Theory of Markets).

In the last fiscal year INTU purchased $680mm of their shares. During the first six months of the current fiscal year they repurchased $174mm. Many companies repurchase their shares to offset dilution from stock options.
