Yes, it was a suck day.

However, I think the financials will be excellent to outstanding with great forward-looking statements.

Flotec will produce astounding numbers. It was the buy of the century and, I believe, the primary reason why Deep Down adopted the poison pill. Some biggy wanted it and was willing to swallow Deep Down just to get it.

It's my take and I'm sticking to it.
