First off there Never was a PR stating 80 million dollar contract(s) plural. As you stated

How do you know the contract is bogus? Prove it.

It was pr'd as a performance based contract.

Benchmarks must be meet by multiple parties.

It's not my job to explain/answer anything to/from you, I mod the board and the repetitive posting is getting tiresome on all sides. You want answers? You live in Indiana, go visit Peter and ask him what's up with all your questions instead of trying to get it off of someone on a message board.
