Boiler rooms exist for many purposes for many communications media - so it wouldn't surprise me if there were some for such idiotic purposes as 'bashing' some set of stocks. But, trust me, boiler rooms in general are the scum of the earth. The movie Glengarry Glen Ross pretty fairly captures it - although in real life it tends to be seedier.
PS I say idiotic because *if* they exist they are an idiotic waste of money - since I'd be stunned if there weren't better techniques to accomplish something with a stock price.

I just noticed. The poster in question has made 2,260 posts on iHub of which 2,236 are on the ENMD board. I’ll let you be the judge of what this means.
