The hostile takeover bid is a scam (Lumb has always controlled the company through proxy companies) and Lumb will never mine gold at those so-called mines. You can put that prediction on your hard drive and store it. Many investors at all of those 4 predecessor companies were counting on his promises to do the same for the last 8 years. They were all wiped out (without exception).
