California is such a nice place to sue companies like Cotton and Western in small claims. Why? Because attorneys are NOT ALLOWED to participate. Bob would have to come personally to the hearing or default.
Sure he can just appeal to big court, but would he for a few thousand? Nah, he wouldn't.
Then reciprocate the judgment in Texas and send the local boys to seize his computer to satisfy. Ya might be good data on the harddrive which you will own.
