great post. Theresa's attempts at support for PNMS are hollow and orwellian. Perhaps they are suffering from a case of Stockholm syndrome after having money held hostage for a year?
I can think of no reason for a thinking person to continue to support the empty promises other than a financial interest in the sending in of certificates.
