That has to be the only conclusion. No one could cover 2.6M in 2 trades when the liquidity in DPDW has been light. Jeez, one day last week we only traded about 12K shares by noon.
In further thinking. While yes, Prospect could've exercised their warrants (then sold) at $1.20 and possibly have made a substantial profit.
or
They shorted DPDW, made a handsome profit on the way down, and then reversed and now own more shares than previously available going long dpdw.
Maybe we are in for a true surprise down the road, or maybe this is all just speculation on my part.
